ANNUAL DINNER – HIGHLAND BANCH - SATURDAY 15TH MARCH 2008 AT THE SERGEANTS’ MESS FORT GEORGE (THE BLACK WATCH (3RD BATTALION THE ROYAL REGIMENT OF SCOTLAND))
The Annual Dinner will immediately follow the AGM which is being held at 1900hrs on the same date but upstairs in the small bar.
Timings: 1900hrs – AGM in Upstairs Bar
1930hrs – Finish off AGM/ move furniture back
2000hrs – Annual Dinner announced and Pipers play in for Dinner
2230hrs – Dinner ends (approx)
0100hrs – Bar closed (TBC)
Menu is the same much appreciated one from previous years: Starter (Trio of Melon) - Fillet Steak, Turned Potatoes and vegetables etc - Raspberry Oatie - Coffee/Tea
(£25.00 per head all inclusive of VAT, menu, ED Pay etc)(Guest is £27.50) Cost rise due to civilianised catering now in place at the Fort and beyond Army control.

Culloden Academy 1825hrs
Elgin (Town Hall) 1800hrs
Security: ALL attendees to bring photo ID (passport/driving licence) for production
on demand at Guardroom 1 R IRISH.
Miscellaneous Points: There will be a raffle – donated prizes would be most welcome. Given the restriction on numbers (100 maximum allowed due to space and fire restrictions. 95 for branch members and guests, 5 for Honoured Guest and invited Guests from 3 SCOTS etc.) please ensure you reply as soon as possible and book your space.
