Forthcoming annual event at Nairn Dunbar.
Team spaces are now getting few for our special golf trip to the wonderful Nairn Dunbar.
The likelihood is we’ll be able to squeeze 21 teams on the day but I need you to action
before it’s too late. It would also be great to see a female team join us amongst the usual
suspects on the day.

The Dedication Service for the opening of the Edinburgh Garden of Remembrance will take place at 11.00am on Monday 20th October 2025.
During the Service Wreaths will be laid by the Lord Provost, representatives from the Scottish Government, the Armed Forces, service charities and Veterans Associations and Organisations.

All are welcome to join us as we commemorate Remembrance Sunday this year at the Stone of Remembrance at Edinburgh City Chambers. Wreaths will be laid by the Lord Provost, representatives from the Scottish Government, UK Government and the wider Armed Forces and Veterans community to remember our fallen at 1100 hours on Sunday 9th November 2025.
Start: 9th November, 2025 at 10:00am Castle esplanade
Legion Scotland will deliver a short service of Remembrance to commemorate Armistice Day at the Scott Monument in Princes Street Gardens East
The Short Service will commence at 10.52am, The One O’clock Gun at Edinburgh Castle will fire a single round at 11.00am to mark the start of a National 2 Minute silence and again at 11.02am to signal the end of the silence, wreaths will then be laid by Lord Provost of the City of Edinburgh and representatives from service Charities.
All are welcome to join us prior to 10.50am ready for the service commencing.
Weather conditions will be monitored on the day, if the site is deemed unsafe for the service to continue (as was the decision in 2022) participants will be moved to New Haig House, Logie Green Road, EH7 4HQ to carry out the service.

Join Legion Scotland on the 14th of December 2025 at Canongate Kirk at 4pm for our annual Carol Service.
Once again, we look forward to being able to invite everyone to gather to enjoy a service of thanks with 9 lessons and 9 carols. This is a wonderful festive gathering to bring people together before the Festive period gets into full swing.

Our annual service to honour and commemorate the life of Field Marshal Earl Haig KT GCB OM GCVO KCIE, founder of the Royal British Legion Scotland.
This will be the fourth service on the anniversary of his death to honour Field Marshal Earl Haig by holding a small private service at the Scottish National War Memorial with wreaths being laid on behalf of Legion Scotland, Poppyscotland, Officers Association Scotland and the Lady Haig Poppy Factory.
This will compliment the Drumhead Service held at our Annual Conference acknowledging the work of Field Marshal Earl Haig.
